Head of Digital Marketing in Metinvest

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing for the Group enterprise - METINVEST-SMC.

What needs to be done:

• develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for an e-commerce project;
• control all stages of development and website development, including planning and content management;
• manage a team of digital specialists and coordinate the work of contractors;
• participate in the creation and development of CRM functionality, staff training;

• control the integration and distribution of lead generation through CRM;
• manage Google and Facebook tools for digital marketing;
• develop end-to-end analytics, analyze results and adjust strategies;
• participate in the development of stylistic visual design of customer service areas.

Our expectations:

• higher education in the field of marketing, management, IT or related specialties;
• have successful experience in launching and developing online projects;
• work experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in the field of e-commerce;
• have a deep understanding of the e-commerce market, business models, key performance indicators (KPI) and current trends;
• have expert knowledge in the field of web analytics, SEO, targeted advertising, CRM systems;
• have deep knowledge in the field of system integration and lead generation and expert knowledge in using Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Search Console, etc.) and Facebook Business.
