Your tasks:< /strong>

• create relevant proposals for the development of the client base and improvement of the main CRM KPIs taking into account the RFM of the client segment;

conduct a CRM promo campaign, choosing the most effective communication channel and promotional mechanics;

• maintain a CRM promo plan and report on the activities carried out;

• work with customer requests;

• writing instructions for stores on working with PL, information letters regarding promotions;

creating a Customer Journey Map and actively working with it to introduce new opportunities to improve the customer experience;

• cooperate with the IT department and write technical specifications for the creation of new features and their implementation.

You are an ideal candidate if:

• you have successful work experience in a CRM position -Manager from 2 years;

• lay out the work processes on the shelves;

• you have a higher education and additionally "pumped ” your professional knowledge, skills and abilities at trainings, seminars, business courses;

• have a high level of responsibility, result-oriented, systematic, analytical abilities.
