• Ensuring the implementation of sales plans, including concluding insurance contracts and sales planning
• Debugging cooperation with partners and intermediaries of the company, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with clients
• Selection, training, control and evaluation of staff work, including the organization of trainings and seminars for employees
• Participation in negotiations with potential clients, conducting presentations and other events to promote the company's insurance products.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Experience works in insurance company or financial field from 3 years
• Experience in a managerial position - from 1 year
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to form and develop the team, achieve the set goals.
