Head of Customer Support in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets!Now we are looking for Head of Supportto PawChamp business!

PawChamp is an online dog training school . We help people become the best "parents" for their dogs. The company's product offers a detailed care and training plan for four-legged friends.

Challenges and tasks:

— Increase the quality of service for customers, creating more value in terms of product scaling;
— Implement a data management system;
— Automate Customer Service processes and create new ones for scaling;
— Manage a team and work with clients.

What is important to us:

— 3+ years of experience in an operational environment (Customer Success / Care);
— From the 1st year of experience in the position of head of direction;
— Ability to organize, coordinate and control the work of the department;
— Fluency in English;
— Work experience in Zendesk.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fundSKELAR foundation  from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces.
