HEAD OF CONTROLLING in BIZNES RESORSES / BUSINESS RESOURCES

DUTIES:

• Manage and coordinate budgeting, financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Group reporting (BS, PL, Cash Flow and other related reports).
• Analyze financial and operational performance indicators.
• Calculate production costs and analyze product profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring the compliance of purchase prices and supporting procurement analytics.
• Manage the controlling department.
• CAPEX - cost control.
• Risk assessment.
• Internal control - implementation of procedures and reporting.
• Improve reporting systems and develop minimization strategies risks.
• Participation in cross-functional projects and execution of tasks from the financial director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting, business administration or related fields.

• Relevant work experience of at least 3 years in an international production companies.

• In-depth knowledge of finance, management accounting and production economics.

• Expertise in the field of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and costing.

• English language skills at B2+ level: confident oral and written communication, participation in regional meetings, preparation of reports and interaction with international partners.

• Developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

• Experience in implementing and/or optimizing financial processes.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.

• Experience in automating financial and accounting processes.

• Experience in interacting with external financial audits, in particular with Big Four companies.

• ACCA certification will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
