Main tasks:

• Management of all stages of construction projects from initial planning to completion
• Organization and control of construction works in accordance with the approved schedule and budget
• Ensuring compliance of construction works with technical requirements, construction standards and regulations
• Controlling the quality of work execution at all stages of construction and resolving issues regarding the elimination of defects
• Ensuring effective interaction between contractors, subcontractors and internal teams
• Developing detailed work schedules in Microsoft Project to manage project time and resources
• Analyzing possible project risks and developing measures to address them minimization
• Formation and control of project budgets
• Preparation of regular reports on the status of the project, including schedules, budgets and key indicators
• Interaction with project customers, informing them about the progress of construction work, discussing changes in the project
• Management of project documentation, including contracts, permits, specifications and plans.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of technological processes of construction, standards and construction regulations
• Proficiency in methods of planning, organization and control of construction works
• Excellent skills of budgeting and project cost management
• High level of mastery of Microsoft Project for planning, management and control of project execution
• A confident user of office programs (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High communication skills for interaction with the team, contractors and customers
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems promptly
• Ability to work under conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines
• Responsibility, result orientation, attention to details
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate the team
