Director of E-commerce in BERTA group

BERTA group is one of the largest full-cycle distribution companies in the FMCG market of Ukraine, which has its own logistics, retail and import. This is a large holding, which employs more than 4,000 people, has its own trading network - 30,000 trading points in 10 regions of Ukraine, and 14 logistics warehouse complexes.

We are expanding the horizons of our online presence and opening a Director of the e-commerce department vacancy. We are looking for a leader, a driver of change, who will take our vizok.market to the next level, transforming it into a powerful sales channel for both distribution goods and external partners - with a high level of customer service and optimized business processes.

Focus and tasks:

• Strategy and development: participation in the development strategy of the online store, expansion of the assortment matrix, achievement of sales targets, scaling of the partner network.

• P&L management: responsibility for the direction's financial results, budget planning, cost and margin control.

• Operational management: analysis and adjustment of the "order - warehouse - delivery" chain, quality control of customer service and logistics.

• Analytics and reporting: monitoring of key metrics and regular reporting analysis.

• Team management: KPI setting, implementation of motivation system and regular feedback.

• Successful experience of working in management positions in FMCG e-commerce for 3 years or more (availability of effective own ideas and realized projects).

• Experience in managing budgets and personnel (from 10 people).
