Main responsibilities:

• Strategic planning: development and implementation of the organization's strategy, determination of long-term goals and development of a plan for their achievement.

• Budget Management: preparation, control of the budget and ensuring the effective use of financial resources.

• Attracting financing: development and implementation of fundraising strategies, establishing cooperation with donors and partners.

• Personnel management: organization of training and professional development of the team.

• Development of programs and projects: creation and implementation of initiatives that correspond to the mission of the organization.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: analysis of program results, their effectiveness and implementation of corrections.

• Communications: participation in events, conferences, meetings with partners and the public to promote the mission of the organizationy.

• Legal compliance organization to laws and transparency in financial reporting to donors and the public.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in managing charitable funds or non-profit projects.

• Funding and cooperation skills.< /span>

• High level of ethics, responsibility and professionalism.

• Leadership qualities: the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.

• Ability to work with the budget, financial planning and reporting.

• Organizational skills: ability to prioritize and manage time.

• Knowledge of legislation regulating the activities of charitable organizations.

What we offer:

• Salary: UAH 40,000 rate + KPI.

• Flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday, full time.

• Ability to work remotely.

• Salary revision after one year.
