BF "Right to Defense" (Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements direct legal assistance programs throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

The project, within which the vacancy is open, offers to cover the most critical needs in winter support for the winter preparation plan in Ukraine for 2024-2025, as an urgent need to mitigate the consequences of severe winter weather conditions. R2P will work on providing heating measures in the winter period to the most vulnerable sections of the population - especially women, the elderly, children and persons with disabilities living in households in the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions (for host communities, returnees, IDPs, evacuees), and also for people living in collective centers in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Poltava regions.

Pravo na protection" is looking for a candidate for the position ofDatabase Registrar in the city of Kharkiv (Kharkiv region).

Database registrar in Kharkivreports to the Head of the registrar team.

Duties of the database registrar include information processing and general support of the Fund's activities, in particular, but not limited to the following:

  • Registration of internally displaced persons to receive financial assistance;
  • Providing consultations;
  • Working with conflict situations;
  • Management reporting on the results of the work performed;
  • Following the agreed criteria and rules of the program;
  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.

Required skills/qualifications

  • Higher education;
  • Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;
  • Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Readiness for significant work in the "fields" (outside the office);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Tolerance;
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian, in Russian;
  • Ability to work independently in compliance with defined deadlines;
  • Ability to work in close cooperation with team membersnds;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

We offer

The fund offers to the successful candidate contract until December 2024 with the possibility of extension, depending on further funding and personal performance . The amount of the reward is calculated hourly according to the involvement and is about 25,000 UAH.
