We are inviting a Head of the Business Process Optimization Department to join the team that implements projects on a national scale in the direction of affordable residential mortgage lending (E-house). We are looking for a strong specialist to build new and optimize existing business processes in a financial company. The role involves active interaction with business customers, project management and participation in the implementation of process management.
Main duties:
- Building, analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying bottlenecks and initiating changes
- Formation and documentation of business requirements (BRD, PRD, WBS)
- Project support with optimization of business processes at all stages of the life cycle: formation and coordination of project teams, planning of work and control of deadlines, management of risks and changes, ensuring effective communications between project participants;
- Development of a roadmap, construction of control and monitoring systems for task performance
- Participation in the implementation and development of process management, in particular through automation
- Interaction with business customers with the aim identifying and formalizing needs
- Coordinating sub-projects within common programs or products
- Establishing cross-functional interaction between company divisions
- Implementation of escalation mechanisms and SLA in business processes
- Working with technical documentation, understanding APIs and integrations
- Maintaining tasks in Redmine, Jira or similar systems
Requirements for candidate:
- Higher education (economics, marketing, management, IT)
- 2 years of work experience in financial institutions, banks or fintech companies
- Experience as a project manager and/or business analyst
- Experience in the field of finance, lending is desirable
- Experience with project management systems (MS Project, Redmine, Jira)
- Knowledge and practical application of business process modeling techniques (BPMN)
- Skills in describing business requirements and preparing documentation
- Experience in implementing and configuring SLAs, escalations in processes
- A confident user of office programs
- Experience in Visio, Redmine, Jira
- Experience in Figma will be advantage
- Personal qualities: result-oriented and the ability to find effective solutions, developed communication skills, the ability to work with stakeholders, organizational skills and the ability to build team interaction
