Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war, founded in 20 2008, implements educational projects for youth, vulnerable social groups and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the front lines. In 2023, we became an accredited partner of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic specialist to work with children who wants to join our team and help improve the psycho-emotional state and psychosocial situation in the communities of Ukraine. Your work will be aimed at conducting classes (movement games, art therapy) with groups of children within the region. We teach methodology. Work in a mobile team (driver and two facilitators) involves traveling to locations in the region to conduct on-site training Duties:

1. Conducting psychosocial support classes with children and adults, including the "Movement, Games, Sports, Creativity" (MGS) program within the office and as part of mobile teams (in the region) . We teach methodologies.
2. Organization of trainings and information and educational sessions in educational institutions and for the public.
3. Training of state social workers and volunteers in psychosocial support.
4. Filling standardized reports and ensuring quality feedback.
5. Registration of participants and monitoring of their needs.
6. Preparation of materials for events and budget management.
7. Tracking progress and entering data into the CRM system.
8. Development of public educational materials and support of training programs.
9. Participation in project meetings and organization representation at meetings and meetings.
10. Compliance policies and codes of conduct of the organization and international donors.

Requirements:

1. Higher education in the field of psychology, pedagogy or social work will be an advantage. We will also consider a student.
2. Ability and desire to work with children and adults.
3. Experience as a psychologist or in a related field is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsstrong reporting and analysis skills.
5. Positive attitude, ability to work effectively in a team and organizational skills.
6. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.

7. Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
