What are the responsibilities?:
- Coordination and implementation of ISO standards;
- Building new processes and their formalization according current requirements;
- Implementation of systems for improving quality and occupational safety systems at the enterprise;
- Management of employees of the quality and occupational safety department;
- Implementation of various projects with cross-functional teams;
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes due to automation, standardization, elimination of duplication and unnecessary steps, simplification, development of responsibility matrices;
- Development of implementation and support of systems for continuous improvement of processes;
- Preparation of presentation materials and reporting to sponsors projects regarding the status of implementation;
- Calculation of indicators of economic efficiency and feasibility of projects;
- Definition of KPI information panels and implementation of effective management reporting.
What do we expect?:
- Experience in managing teams and implementing improvement projects;
- KPI development experience;
- Knowledge of labor protection legislation;
- ISO implementation experience;
- Intermediate English language skills (conversational and written);
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
