• Deep knowledge of AI/ML: classic ML models, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, generative models (GPT, Stable Diffusion).
• Experience implementing AI in large companies: not just PoC, but solutions brought to production.
• Understanding of publishing business: working with content, books, educational platforms, reader data.
• Architectural thinking: experience building AI platforms, data pipelines, MLOps.
• Product management skills: understanding, where AI really creates value: automation, content generation, sales analysis, personalization of training.
• Willingness to take responsibility for strategy and budget.
• Ethical understanding of the use of AI (especially education).
• Leadership qualities, communication, creativity
