We are looking for a Compensation Analyst with a high level of technical expertise and analytical thinking to join our team. This position focuses on improving our compensation data systems and providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute complex compensation data analysis projects
Use advanced analytical techniques to model and forecast compensation trends
Develop and maintain specialized reports and dashboards for management
Work closely with HR, finance and IT departments to integrate compensation systems and data
Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation issues to management
Requirements:
Significant experience in compensation analysis, workforce planning or related fields
High level of English (oral and written, level B2+)
Expert knowledge of Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), BI tools and data programming languages such as VBA, SQL, R
Strong analytical skills and high attention to details
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Ability to clearly and clearly communicate complex analytical findings to various stakeholders
