Key tasks:

• Building and scaling the analytics function in the company, forming an analytical strategy.
• Forming a systemic approach to the analysis of the pharmaceutical market: identifying key trends, growth drivers and threats, integrating market insights into the strategic decisions of the company.
• Building a complex model of competitive analysis (brands, segments, pricing, positioning) with an assessment of the impact of external and internal factors on business results.
• Implementation of analytics of the effectiveness of brands and communication channels
• Analytical leadership in the processes of sales planning and the formation of a product portfolio: participation in the formation of forecasts, analysis of the implementation of plans, systematic work with deviations and preparation of recommendations.
• Implementation and development of internal analytical and marketing systems: building a single data source, automating reporting, supporting forecasting and management analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience building an analytical function from scratch or at an early stage of development.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market: structure, key players, brand competition, principles pricing and regulatory environment.
• Practical experience of market, competitive and performance analysis with a focus on the impact on sales, profitability and ROI.
