HC Business Partner (HCBP) in Starlight Media

And today, the Department of Personnel Management Starlight Media invites to its team HC Business Partner (HCBP).

Your tasks will be:

• administering HR procedures and policies: hiring, firing, vacations, benefits and compensation;
• consulting managers regarding the norms of labor legislation;
• management of the organizational structure of the Division: making changes, updating roles and levels of subordination;
• holding 1:1 meetings with newcomers and supporting the adaptation process;
• communication with the team regarding current activities and internal processes;
• implementing initiatives to improve the atmosphere and corporate culture.

Our expectations from you:

• experience of 2 years in the position of HR Generalist or single HR (independent management of all processes);
• understanding of the HR function as an internal service to support teams;
• knowledge of KZpP and experience of document support of employees;
• experience of working in companies with only officesaccountancy will be an advantage;
• experience in setting up processes in remote teams;
• confident command of MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint) and 1C;
• flexibility in decision-making;
• high level of communication skills;
• openness and ease of communication;
• proactivity and initiative.
