Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js) for Estonian AI Startup in ITBS

We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Developer for Estonian AI Startup Mureel (https://mureel.com). Mureel turns multiple sustainability standards into one reusable workflow for European film & TV production.

We're looking for a self-sufficient, product-minded full-stack developer who wants to drive development, not just execute tickets.

You will work directly with the founders and help shape:

• Core product architecture

• Data models that map across EU standards

• User workflows used by real producers, not demos

• A system that must be correct, auditable, and scalable

What We're Looking For:

Must-have

• Strong experience with React.js and Node.js

• Ability to work independently and drive features end-to-end

• Solid understanding of data modeling and backend logic

• Comfort making technical decisions without constant supervision

• Product mindset: you think in workflows, not just components

• Clear communication and ownership mentality

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products in regulated domains (fintech, govtech, ESG, compliance)

• Experience working in early-stage startups

• Familiarity with European tech culture and async work

• Interest in sustainability, public infrastructure, or policy-driven software

• experience with Lovable, Claude, other AI.
