Hardware/Embedded Engineer in VATAGA DRONE

The company VATAGA DRONE was founded in 2022 in Ukraine. We specialize in the development and serial production of FPV drones, initiation boards and ground control stations.

The main activity of the company is focused on creating effective solutions for the front - from engineering design and testing to successful serial production.

We combine innovative technologies, practical experience and high quality standards to ensure the reliability of each product in combat conditions. We are expanding our R&D department, so we are looking for an FPV engineer to create custom versions. existing products to customer needs or work on new products.

For the role it is important:

• 2 years of relevant experience with microcontrollers and modules. Understanding of fundamentals of electronics and circuit engineering;
• understanding of how products are used by the end user;
• technical education will be an advantage.
• have an understanding of the principles of operation of embedded devices, IOT (experience with FPV will be a plus, but not required);
• have experience with Arduino microcontrollers, ESP32, experience with STM32 will be a plus);
• have experience working with various modules, sensors and sensors (accelerometers, magnetometers, optical sensors, etc.);
• not be afraid of words such as SPI, I2C, UART, etc.;
• have a basic level of programming language C, C++;
• experience in debugging, soldering, working with laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, logical analyzer).

Your main tasks will be:

• development, support and development of application devices in C/C++;
• work with existing projects: adding new features, fixing bugs, improving stability;
• debugging and testing applications on target hardware;
• testing in the field;
• participating in optimizing and improving existing solutions;
• creating new solutions.
