Work experience:

• Working with Cryptocurrencies/Finance/Investing.
• Experience with affiliate marketing.
• Experience with A/B and split testing.
• Understanding of UI/UX basics.

Technical skills:

• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics or its analogues.
• Figma ownership for collaborative design work.
• Experience creating custom dashboards to track performance.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods in marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Testing and optimizing various traffic acquisition channels to drive growth.
• Recruit, manage, and evaluate outsourced teams, ensuring efficiency and making replacements as needed.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including A/B testing of various marketing channels.
• Monitor the overall performance of all company products by identifying key metrics and understanding what makes a product successful.
• Track the performance of not only teams, but also products, helping the CRO monitor trigger indicators for design changes and A/B testing.
• Manage affiliate marketing programs to acquire users and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure user-friendly and effective product design.
• Use Google Analytics or similar tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Work with Figma to create and improve marketing assets and user interfaces.
• Develop custom dashboards for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Apply data analysis methods to form marketing strategies and make decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cryptocurrency, financial or investment fields.
• Strong experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in A/B and split testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinking with an emphasis on growth and performance optimization.
