We are currently looking for a recruiter who will help us effectively scale the team and create the best experience candidates, and over time - employees. The person in this position will be responsible for the entire hiring cycle, from briefing hiring managers and creating job descriptions to conducting interviews. We already have these processes established and automated at People Force, but we are happy to consider new ideas!
Our team is looking for a person who has:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting (experience in IT startups will be an advantage)
- Experience in conducting interviews, knowledge of various methods of testing competences and soft skills
- Knowledge of various sources and tools for finding candidates
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with objections
- Ability to multitask (on average we have up to 5 vacancies per month)
- Organization and attention to detail (when using a calendar and taking notes after interviews)
- High level of responsibility
Will be a plus:
- Experience with educational products
- Experience recruitment of large teams (support department, regional offices)
- Ability to use AI tools to optimize routine tasks
What will you do: p>
- Brief hiring managers according to the developed template
- Think through the recruitment strategy
- Create and publish job descriptions on the appropriate portals
- Conduct interviews with candidates and effectively convey information to hiring managers
- Work in the People Force system, regularly update statuses and generate analytics to make decisions about the hiring process
- Build strong working relationships with candidates, provide feedback and support communication with potential candidates
- Brainstorm new creative solutions to close hiring needs
- Accompany the candidate to the moment of going to work (send welcome letters, start the onboarding process in the People Force system and coordinate the operational team in preparation for the first working day)
