Aleron Tech
Aleron is a Venture Builder. We are not an agency. We create our own subscription products (Mobile Apps, Web) in the EdTech and Wellness niches for the US and UK markets. We have investments, a technical team and budgets for scaling. Now we need a driver who will turn the product into a business.
We are looking for a Growth Lead to take over all User Acquisition and funnel building. No bureaucracy, direct contact with founders and complete carte blanche for experiments.
Your mission: Find a working business model and scale the product.
What needs to be done:
User Acquisition: Strategy and purchase of traffic (the main source is Meta Ads).
Funnels (R&D): Creation and testing of new connections (Creative > Quiz > Paywall).
Analytics: Work with metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Payback) in Amplitude/GA4.
Hypotheses: Constant A/B tests of prices, offers and onboarding.
Our ideal candidate:
Has 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth.
Personally managed budgets of $50k+ in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, CA).
Deeply understands the economics of subscriptions (Trials, Retention, Monetization).
Hard Skills: Meta Ads (Expert), Amplitude, GA4, Excel/Tableau.
English - B2+ (for working with the market and creatives).
Will be a plus: Experience working in Genesis, SKELAR, BetterMe ecosystems, etc.
