We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Team Lead who will strengthen our team in the direction of — nutra, sale of beauty and health products (BADs) on the market of Georgia.  

Experience in a similar field in a managerial position is a must!

 Requirements:  

• Work experience: from 1 year in the position (Team leader, head of the sales department); 
• Experience of working in the international market; 
• Ability to sell and transfer knowledge to the team;
• Ability to work for results and develop;
•  Activity, initiative, responsibility, politeness.

  Responsibilities:

• Control over the execution of the daily/weekly/monthly plan - approval, average check, redemption;
• Team evaluation and motivation;
• Help in the adaptation of new employees; 
• Identification of problems in the work of department employees is improvedi processes
• Work in the CRM system
