We are looking for a graphic designer to work on internal projects for a mil-tech company in Kyiv.

Your duties in this position will include:
Visual design of internal communications: creation and design of materials for news, digests, announcements and communication campaigns in all internal channels.
Design of corporate culture and engagement materials: visual support of values, rituals, recognition, gratitude, HR initiatives and internal cultural programs.
Presentation design for top management and corporate events: preparation of presentations for managers, all-hands, CoffeeTalks, strategic meetings and speeches.
Visual support for internal research and feedback: design of survey materials (eNPS, engagement, pulse): banners, instructions, FAQ.
Understanding the principles of visual communication and information design: the ability to transform complex text into an understandable visual: structure, hierarchy, composition, typography.
Ability to work with templates and maintain a single style: creation and development of templates (PPT, one-pager, posters), control of visual quality in all materials.
Responsible for deadlines and ability to multitask: This is a role with regular requests from the communications team and top management.
Portfolio (required): with examples of presentations, communication materials, templates or corporate design.
