Technical Support Engineer (Network/Linux) in Frontline Robotics

Company Frontline Robotics develops and manufactures robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the military. We create complex technical solutions that are already actively making a difference at the front. We have formed an experienced and well-coordinated team and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Network/Linux).

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience as a L3 support (Internet providers, telecom, IoT), system administrator (Linux) or network engineer - from 2 years.
• Good understanding of network protocols/technologies (TCP/IP, NATT, DNS, DHCP)
• Good Linux skills (console, systemd, bash scripting), basic understanding of Linux network configuration tools

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Technical support for users (online)
• Collection and analysis of typical problems, cooperation with the R&D team with their debugging
• Templating of typical settings and scripts for debugging
• Short-term business trips within Ukraine (discussed separately)

Will a plus:

• Experience working with NRK communication will be a plus
• Technical support experience will be a plus
• B rights
