It is important for us:

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written literacy), English is an initial desirable level;
• Skills to create bright, creative, commercially effective layouts;
• Ability to create layouts with a minimum amount of input materials or “from scratch”;
• Ability to provide recommendations on Client layouts for their adaptation and improvement;
• Ability to tactfully conduct the approval process and argue design decisions;
• Ability to complex explain technical information simply to a non-technical audience;
• Skills in planning one's own work area and meeting deadlines.

Your area of responsibility will be:

• Creation of vacancy layouts in Figma in accordance with the technical task from a specialist of the Sales Group or the Client;
• Development of target (targeted) mail layouts in Figma mailings;
• Communication with the customer (Client and/or specialist of the Sales Group) regarding materials for the development of layouts and approval stages;
• Coordinating layouts with a specialist of the Sales Group and/or the Direct Client;
• If necessary, help with basic editing of photos of employees for official use on the site;
• Reporting on completed tasks;
• Transfer of approved layouts to a specialist in the development of computer programs (graphic design team) for layout and addition to the site;
• If necessary, providing informational support to the Clients by phone, e-mail or messengers regarding the development of graphic materials by oneself;
• Maintaining loyal, polite and discreet communication with the Clients, demonstrating a desire to help and displaying a friendly style communication;
• Diagnosis of technical problems on the client side with incorrect display of graphic materials and transfer to technical support colleagues for their solution;
• Performance of individual duties of the head of the Group.

• Official employment, which includes: 24 days of annual leave and paid sick leave;
• Working schedule from Mon. on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., of course, with a reset hour;
