Business analyst in AVT Bavariya Grup

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help take business processes to the next level.

We expect you to:

• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements for complex projects.
• Able to create functional and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Succeeded in implementing changes that resulted in tangible improvements.
• Experienced working with stakeholders from different departments (IT, operations, finance).
• Successfully mediating conflicts between different points of view.
• Understand concepts system integration, API and database structure.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of existing business processes and finding ways to improve them.
• Development of process maps and recommendations to increase efficiency.
• Collaboration with quality control teams to create test scenarios.
• Participation in user testing (UAT) and verification of compliance of solutions with needs of business.
• Preparation of project documentation (requirement tracking matrices, project status reports, etc.).
• Regularly informing stakeholders about project progress.
• Supporting management in formulating business strategy and assessing technological capabilities.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns and generate reports.
• Developing dashboards to support adoption solutions.
• Collaboration with technical teams to integrate new modules or third-party systems.
• Ensuring interoperability of data and systems.
• Developing change management plans and training end users.
• Identifying risks in proposed solutions and developing strategies to minimize them.
