About Us:The Youth Agency for the Advocacy of Roma Culture, "ARCA,” is committed to promoting the cultural heritage and rights of the Roma community. We work to empower youth through cultural programs, advocacy initiatives, and community engagement activities.Job Summary:We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented grant manager to oversee our grant application process and ensure compliance with donor requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of ARCA, possess excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in both Ukrainian and English.Key Responsibilities:Grant Application Management:Research and identify potential funding opportunities from governmental, non-governmental, and international organisations.Develop, write, and submit grant proposals in collaboration with project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with donor guidelines.Maintain an updated database of grant opportunities and funding sources.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and support for ARCA’s initiatives.Stay up-to-date on best practices in grant management and funding trends in the sector.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, International Development, Social Sciences).Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO grant management or a related field.Proven track record of successful grant writing and management.Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is a requirement; knowledge of English is an asset.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.Working Conditions:Full-time positionRemotelyApplication Process:Interested candidates should send their CV, a cover letter detailing their relevant experience, and any relevant writing samples to [email protected] by  October 1 with the subject Grant Manager.ARCA is an equal opportunity employer.
