Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

Our partner company is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist for remote cooperation. We need someone who can set up effective Google Ads campaigns from scratch, generate high-quality leads, and continue managing and optimizing the campaigns long-term.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and launching Google Ads campaigns from scratch
• Building performance-oriented campaign structures focused on lead generation
• Ongoing optimization, performance analysis, and cost-per-lead improvement
• Long-term campaign management and scaling
• Collaboration with the team to improve advertising strategy

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Google Ads
• Proven experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads through Google Ads
• Experience in other IT or digital fields is not relevant without practical Google Ads experience
• English language skills at B1 level or higher
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Experience or understanding of the elderly care / caregiving sector is a strong advantage
