Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain our backend services using Go, ensuring high performance and
responsiveness to requests from the front end.
• Design and implement effective RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, SSH, and GNU Make for efficient infrastructure
management.
• Create and run tests, and maintain the test process in the scope of ownership.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to integrate user-facing elements with serverside logic.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Set clear goals and achieve them with the self-motivation approach.
• Drive the growth and excellence of the product.
• Work with front-end technologies, mainly React, to create a seamless user experience. -
nice to have/must for full-stack.

Requirements
• Good (at least 2+ years) Go commercial experience with demonstrated Go way of
thinking, best practices, and patterns.
• Strong understanding of API development standards, including REST and gRPC.
• Familiarity with OAuth/Ory Auth, JWT, Swagger, and Postman.
• In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, NATS, REDIS, and experience with query
optimizations and managing large data sets.
• Proficiency in cryptography practices, including hashing, encryption, and key
management.
• Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS), containerization (Docker), and
orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of SSH, GNU Make, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to come up with smart and cost-efficient solutions.
• Understanding of FinTech and it’s basic processes is a plus.
