Now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract new candidates to help the company fulfill its goals.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to hiring);
• experience in the gambling or affiliate marketing field- is a must;
• experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines;
• ability to creatively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• proficient in negotiating compensation packages and other employment terms with candidates;
• able to adapt to changing priorities, market dynamics, and business needs;
• ability to work and make decisions independently;
• Upper-intermediate (speaking) or higher level of English.
Responsibilities:
• collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate preferences;
• assisting in drafting and refining descriptions for the positions;
• sourcing and identifying potential candidates using diverse channels;
• evaluating applications and identifying candidates possessing the relevant qualifications;
• conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit;
• updating and maintaining candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
• providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates and coordinating next steps;
• assisting in the preparation of interview materials and providing necessary information to interviewers;
• participating in the interview process, both as an attendee and an interviewer, collaborating with managers, directors, and other stakeholders;
• improving recruitment processes and best practices on a regular basis;
• staying updated on industry trends and providing valuable insights to the recruiting team;
• representing the company's reputation and brand to potential candidates;
• ensuring a favorable and seamless candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and effective communication throughout the process.
