Delivery Manager in Delasport

Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.

As a Senior PHP Engineer, you will dive into the complex but rewarding world of Sports and Online gaming, integrations, real-time calculation, scrapping data, and reporting, all at a massive scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership:

• Assist cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile methodologies
• Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives

Agile Implementation:

• Select and tailor Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices to best suit project and organizational needs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Coach and mentor colleagues and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to promote understanding and adherence

Project Planning:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/iteration scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including sprint backlogs and release plans
• Maintain product roadmap with clear priorities in collaboration with Product and Business teams

Quality and Delivery:

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, with high quality, and satisfy acceptance criteria
• Monitor and track project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals
• Manage project risks, prepare risk mitigation plans, ensure timely escalation
• Foster cross-team collaboration and issues resolution within the company

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain transparent and effective communication
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and project metrics to relevant stakeholders
• Escalate concerns or roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders promptly
• Empower team members to make decisions, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Project Manager or similar role in successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications
• Technical or programming background/education
