We are looking for a Global Human Potential Development Lead for an international consulting company.
This should be a leader who will lead the development of company policies, processes and culture at the global level. This is a key role that combines strategy, leadership and team care, with a focus on people, not just processes.
About the company: an international consulting company. Working in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the USA and Ukraine, helping governments, businesses, investors and public organizations to implement initiatives that have a real social impact.
Main duties:
Coordinate the processes of recruiting, adaptation, training and development of teams in 6+ countries.
Ensure consistency and compliance with local labor standards.
Form a system of compensations, bonuses and recognition of achievements.
Develop a culture of openness, cooperation and meaningful leadership.
Support managers in issues of team development, efficiency and internal interaction.
Lead the implementation of HR / HPD tools on a global scale.
We are looking for you if you:
You believe that people are not a "resource", but the main force of development.
You have experience in the field of HR or people & culture (from 3-5 years will be an advantage, but not necessary).
Able to create systems and processes from scratch or improve available.
You have a high level of independence, responsibility and organization.
Fluent English (C1) - MANDATORY.
Feel inner motivation to support the development of people and organizations.
