"New heat technologies" is a reliable and experienced partner in the field of construction of engineering systems. We invite a candidate for the position of "GIP" to cooperate.

Working conditions:

• competitive salary from UAH 40,000 ;
• work schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 
• friendly and favorable atmosphere in the team;
• the office is located in the village of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka (20 minutes by route 903 from the Akademmistechko metro station to the final stop) .

Requirements:

• higher education — architectural/construction; 
• 5 years of work experience in the field of design; 
• work experience of 3 years in the position of GIP; 
• availability of a certificate; 
• preferably a category B driver's license. 

Responsibilities:

• full support of projects (negotiations and conclusion of agreements);
• coordinating the interaction algorithm with the customer and subcontractors at all stages of project management;
• obtaining and preparing technical terms of reference;
• passing expertise.
