• Schedule: 180 hours/month + flexibility (there is an opportunity to make your own schedule, taking into account that occasionally Saturday or Sunday must be working)

• have successful management experience in retail trade (from 2 years)
• know how to manage sales and improve results,
• reporting, planning and analytics are your strengths,
• understand in accounting, cash discipline, merchandising

The main duties of a store manager:

• Coordination of sales processes.
• Organization of store work and control over its efficiency, implementation of planned indicators,
• Planning and management of product assortment
• Planning and reporting on sales
• Drafting work schedules.
• Motivating staff.
• Carrying out adaptation for newcomers.
• Introducing innovations and showing creativity at work.
