Collaboration format:

• variable floating schedule from 9 am to 6 pm (2 days off per week, which may fall on a weekday) in chats;
• process orders from the site cart: advise customers about the range, specify payment and delivery details;
• quickly respond to inquiries from incoming correspondence;
• accompany applications for return, product exchange or refund;
• process service requests (warranty and post-warranty repairs);
• transfer and accompany requests for engraving of goods.

You are our Manager if:

• you speak Ukrainian fluently and follow spelling in writing;
• ready to a large volume of orders and communication over the phone;
• confidently owns a PC and digital tools.
