What should be done?

• Participate in the development and implementation of the occupational health and safety management system and increase its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, ISO 45001 standard, EBRD, IFC and contribute to the improvement of activities in this direction;
• be involved in conducting internal and external audits in the field of labor protection, form and provide reports on the conducted audits to management;
• represent the interests of the Company during inspections conducted by state supervisory (control) bodies, local self-government bodies;
• oversee the preparation and timely implementation of action plans for the elimination of violations that were discovered during inspections;
• conduct introductory briefings on issues of labor protection, fire safety;
• conduct education, trainings and knowledge tests on issues of occupational health and fire safety with the preparation of relevant documents;
• inform and provide explanations to employees on issues of occupational health and safety, fire and man-made safety;
• provide structural subdivisions of the enterprise with the necessary documentation on occupational safety, fire and man-made safety issues;
• participate in the investigation of accidents, accidents and fires, ensure record-keeping and reporting, analysis of accidents, occupational diseases, accidents and fires, as well as the damage caused by these events;
• develop provisions, instructions, other regulatory documents on occupational safety and fire safety;
• monitor compliance with current legislation, inter-industry, sectoral and other normative actsin, as well as monitor employees' compliance with the requirements of job instructions and instructions on occupational health and fire safety issues.

What do we expect?

• Higher education technical;
• spoken English;
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on labor protection, man-made and fire safety, civil protection, construction and the ISO 45001 standard (health and safety of labor);
• experience in developing documents on issues of labor protection, man-made and fire safety and developing documents in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001 (safety occupational health and safety);
• PC knowledge at the level of an experienced user;
• professional experience in the field of construction or construction site management;
• experience in supporting large-scale construction with the performance of electrical engineering and height works;
• honesty, sociability, desire for continuous improvement, initiative, ideation, creativity, logical thinking and the ability to find a way out from non-standard situations.
