Ukrainian production and distribution company with 15 years of experience in the market of imported products in the B2B segment with a turnover of over 2.5 billion hryvnias/year. It has its own imports, a modern logistics complex -5000 m2, an automated storage system, own transport infrastructure and direct contracts with international manufacturers and traders. The company's partners are hundreds of businesses throughout Ukraine — from national networks to regional companies.
The business is in the phase of systematization, automation of processes and transition to management through KPI. The company is a industry leader with a market share of about 45-47%, has a clear development strategy and focuses on expanding cooperation with international suppliers.
Requirements for the candidate
- CEO/COO experience of 5 years or more in companies with a turnover of $10 million;
- Work experience in distribution, FMCG, import or production.
- Practical experience of business systematization: implementation of regulations, KPI, management reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, planning, cost management.
- Understanding of financial reporting, P&L, cash flow, unit economics.
- Ability to work with analytical data, ERP, CRM or BI-systems.
- Experience in building or developing a management team.
- Higher education (economic or technical).
- Proficiency in English from level B2.
Main tasks
Conduct a comprehensive business audit - procurement, sales, logistics, finance, HR.Strengthen the company's operating model, increasing its efficiency, transparency and manageability.Build a clear departmental management system - with regulations, areas of responsibility and key indicators.Optimize expenses by 10-15% during the first year without losing the quality of operations.Ensure effective management accounting and P&L control, prepare the company for regular financial analytics by direction.Form and develop a middle management team, strengthen horizontal communication.Improve the efficiency of logistics, purchasing and sales processes through automation and standardization.Launch a planning and execution control system KPI at the departmental level.Ensure a balance between the strategic goals of the owners and the current operational activities.In 12 months - move into the full role of CEO, focusing on scaling the business, developing new areas and partnerships.Personal qualities

Terms
