Technical support operator in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a technical support operator who will become part of a team of professionals and help maintain the highest level of customer service.

Expectations from the candidate:

• competent command of the written and spoken Ukrainian language;
• typing speed of 150 characters/min;
• multitasking and adaptability;
• ability to understand the client's needs.

Key tasks:

• support and support of customers in the format of chats and in telephone mode;
• formation and provision of reports for the customer.
