- Knowledge of the English language at a high level.
- Skills of a confident PC user, MS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all types of company activities in order to ensure the implementation of the adopted production program, product renewal program and all obligations.
- Organization of production and economic activities based on the use of the latest technology and technology, progressive forms of management and labor organization, scientifically based standards of material, financial and labor costs.
- Study of the market situation in order to increase the level of product quality, economic efficiency of production, rational use of all types of resources.
- Organization of effective interaction of the structural divisions of the enterprise in order to direct their activities to achieve high team results.
- Analysis and optimization of the company's internal operational processes.
- Implementation of the company's policy in the field of quality, improvement of the existing Quality Management System of the enterprise, in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO standard 9001.
- Managing the work of providing the company with qualified personnel, directing employees to continuous development and training others.
- Control of the implementation of measures for the social protection of employees, implementation of the collective agreement, maintenance of labor and industrial discipline.
- Coordination of labor protection works, functioning of the labor protection management system; putting reconstructed production facilities into operation, in accordance with the requirements of regulations on labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire safety.
