Operational Director | Charity Fund "Soborna Ukraine"

Soborna Ukraine charity fund supports the children and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine, providing them with psychological, educational and social assistance. We are looking for an Operations Director who will take over the management of the fund's internal processes, ensure the stability and development of our activities.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of operational strategy and optimization of organization processes
Team management, HR processes, distribution of functions and responsibility
 Control over financial flows, budget, reporting and effective use of resources
 Interaction with partners, donors, state institutions and other organizations
 Ensuring transparency of administrative and financial processes
 Control over the implementation of key performance indicators (KPI)

Requirements:

? Experience in a similar position (3-5+ years) - management in non-profit organizations would be an advantage
? Strategic management and decision-making skills
? Understanding financial management and budgeting
? Experience in team management, task allocation and performance monitoring
? Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and the ability to build partnerships
? Proactivity, responsibility, organization
? Willingness to work in an office in Kyiv (offline format)
