Main tasks:
- Development and implementation of company/business development strategy.
- Ensuring financial profitability of business.
- Control of financial and economic activity.
- Implementation of changes/optimization of resource management (production, finance, personnel)
- Identification and reduction of risks related to production, logistics or changes in the market.
- Creation action plans in case of force majeure.
- Regular informing of shareholders about the state of production, financial results and business achievements.
- Preparation of analytical reports on the efficiency of the enterprise.
- Work with regulatory bodies, local administrations.
- Negotiations.
- Management of budgets of all sites, control of costs, and control over the implementation of production plans at each site.
- Development of commercial activities.
- Optimization of logistics processes: logistics of raw materials and finished products, reduction of transportation costs and optimization of supplies.
- Management of modernization projects production facilities.
- Introduction of innovations in production aimed at improving quality products.
Experience/knowledge/skills:
- 5+ years of experience in management positions (CEO, business director direction, operations director, etc.) in production companies (non-food)
- Experience in managing medium or large teams (from 100 people).
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase financial efficiency of business.
- Management of large-scale budgets (multilevel budgets, cost control).
- Experience of working in industries with complex production and logistics processes.
- Experience of implementing projects with modernization of production facilities.
- Successful experience in the development of sales and commercial activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills for at a high level.
- The presence of successfully implemented projects for the introduction of innovations in production, which led to an increase in product quality, cost optimization.
- Ability to develop long-term business development strategies.
- Ability to forecast risks and the impact of external factors on the company.
- Ability to inspire the team and effectively manage changes.
- Deep understanding of financial indicators, profitability, optimization expenses.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of information, form reports and proposals.
- Ability to work with controlling bodies, administrations, shareholders.
- Higher education in the field of economics, finance, business administration or engineering.
- Knowledge of modern enterprise management systems (ERP systems, 1C).
