• Work experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
• Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
• Printing speed not less than 160 characters/min;
• Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) preferred;

Your daily tasks will be:

• User support in the incoming chat mode;
• Identification of the motive of the client's appeal;
• Analysis of the problems that arise for the user and the search for solutions problems;
• Communication with other divisions of the company and reporting to the relevant departments;
