HIP (OViK) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

Location: Central office of the company in Dnipro (work in the office, Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Main task:

strong> Management of the project part in the direction of HVAC in 2 new buildings of the company

Responsibilities:

1. Organization, management, control and improvement of processes:

• Organization and control of the survey of existing buildings and structures in the direction of OVIK; 
• Development control and quality control of decisions and documentation in the sections of OVIK, VC, fire. safety;
• Economic analysis of the type of possible engineering systems;
• Author's supervision on the objects of new buildings, reconstructions, cap. repairs.

1. Designing sections of the engineering direction (SS1, SS2, SS3):

2.1 Pre-design studies for determination of the scope of design (stages, list of sections...)

2.2 Development of the design task.

2.3 Selection and involvement of certified contractors, conclusion of design contracts. (According to the company's internal procedures).

2.4 Management and control over the quality, deadlines for the development of project documentation at intermediate areas of work.

2.5 Participation in the development and verification of project documentation by engineering sections, own resources or with the involvement of third-party experts.

2.6 Approval of engineering sections and creation of an archive for the issued documentation.

1. Author supervision:

2.1 Implementation of author supervision with the involvement of the project developer and, if necessary, third-party experts.

2.2 Management and close communication with technical supervision on the site and installation organization.

Requirements:

• Experience as a GIP from 5 years (preferred).
• Experience in managing a team of 5-20 employees (including remote management).
• Experience in preparing and signing design contracts.
