Gamification Manager 

 

Our brand is one of the fastest-growing brands in the gaming industry worldwide, with hundreds of thousands of active players in multiple countries. We are an international team from different corners of the planet, united by the idea of creating the best product in the entertainment field. One of the key tasks of this role is to enrich and enhance the quality of gamification activities and elements throughout the customer journey based on the existing platform. We already have a ready-made gamification solution, and the mechanics need to be developed based on this platform. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning the calendar of gaming activities;
  • Developing and launching Free2Play games and all game scenarios; 
  • Setting technical tasks for creative materials;
  • Planning and sending communications within the framework of gamification (SMS, email, web/mobile-push, call center, in-app); 
  • Formulating campaign effectiveness analytics and identifying growth points; 
  • Searching for and testing hypotheses to improve existing mechanics; 
  • Calculating and planning the bonus budget; 
  • Searching for and implementing new gaming products. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in the gaming industry or experience with gamification in iGaming; 
  • Knowledge of current trends in customer journey gamification; 
  • Experience in designing sustainable game economies and game balance with elements of one-time and regular tasks, levels, inventory, tournaments, shops, customization, and more. 
  • Experience with ESP/CRM/CDP systems; 
  • Understanding of marketing mechanics in betting and gambling; 
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience in building game analytics, knowledge of key gamification metrics, and the ability to work with data in Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables); 
  • Ability to dive into segmenting the base and find levers of influence at various stages of the conversion funnel; 
  • Knowledge of general Retention metrics and direct communication channels; 
  • At least 3 years of experience. 
  • If you don't have 3 years yet but have experience in everything described - you should apply; 
  • English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher (you must be able to communicate with contractors and set technical tasks).
