We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who loves mobile gaming and wants to provide millions of players with a flawless gaming experience. Your job is to find bugs where no one can see them and help our team create a high-quality product.
Your main responsibilities:
Finding and analyzing bugs: Identifying technical errors, graphical artifacts and logical failures in the gameplay.
Documentation creation: Writing clear bug reports and test cases.
Testing on different devices: Checking the stability of the game on different smartphone models (iOS and Android) and OS versions.
Checking updates: Retesting (retesting) the corrected errors to confirm the result.
Client-Server interaction testing: Checking the correctness of data exchange between the mobile application and the server.
Validation of server responses: Control of status codes (200 OK, 404, 500, etc.) and the structure of JSON/XML responses.
Emulation of network conditions: Testing game behavior in case of server response delays (latency) or packet loss.
API security testing: Testing user authorization and security of in-game transactions.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in testing from 2 years
Understanding the life software development cycle and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of features of iOS and Android platforms (for example, interruptions by calls, work with weak internet).
Ability to notice the smallest flaws in the interface or animation.
Ability to work with bug tracking systems (Jira, Trello and others) and log analysis tools.
Availability of gaming experience and understanding of gaming mechanic.
English language: Intermediate and above.
Would be an advantage:
Experience with Unity.
Skills with Postman.
Basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages for automation.
