"UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" is an agro-industrial holding that is one of the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100,000 hectares of land, 2 sugar factories, the largest mill in Ukraine, animal husbandry), is opening a competition for the position of Head of the PR function.

Purpose of the position:Formation and implementation of a unified communication strategy, systematic building of reputational capital.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination implementation of the entire PR function of the holding
• Development and implementation of a communication strategy
• Building systematic external and internal communications
• Reputation management
• Creation and maintenance of a strong employer brand
• Ensuring effective interaction with state bodies within the framework of the implementation of the function (GR)
• Implementation of anti-crisis strategies in crisis situations situations
• Organization and implementation of PR projects

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• management of the PR function (team of 2+ people)
• work in holding structures (preferred)
• strategic thinking, ability to develop and implement communication strategies
• deep understanding work with the media, experience in organizing media activities
• management of reputation crises
• successful cases of employer brand building
• understanding of SMM strategies, content marketing, SEO
• interaction with government bodies, understanding of political processes
• work with media metrics, reputation research, NPS/eNPS
• budgeting, planning and PR budget control
