Due to active development, we are looking for a Marketer

Main functional tasks:

  • Micro-management of the team: contractors (PPC, targeting, SEO, developers, CRM integrators, freelancers) and in-house performers (SMM, content managers, copywriters). Control of existing, setting of new tactical tasks for performers. Quality control of execution, task deadlines. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the CMO on KPI channels, contractors. With conclusions and recommendations for improving results. The main goal is Performance indicators: to bring profitable leads to the sales department, fulfilling the plan. Daily communication with the head of the marketing department during the working week. Adherence to the work plan, deadlines, according to task management. Control of the timeliness of payment for current services (advertising accounts, hosting, mailing services, etc.).
  • Proactive interaction with all participants of the marketing department, sales department, financial department. Participation in sessions on strategic development of the company, planning, marketing budgeting. Meaningful and stylistic control of content (visual, texts, videos, appeals).Generation of ideas to improve marketing indicators.Participation in the organization of SMM collaborations (bloggers, influencers).Competitive analysis according to Digital indicators.
  • If necessary, at the time of a change of performer, temporarily, be able to independently pick up the tasks of performers from any of the main Digital areas: PPC, targeting, mailings, site content management. This requires experience of directly performing similar tasks in the past. Offline marketing - currently expected to be up to 10% of all efforts. Control of the creation of printing materials according to the approved identity. This also includes participation in the organization of webinars, offline events.

Our candidate:

  • Proven experience in conducting the processes listed above in Responsibilities (emphasis on Digital). Performance cases by KPI Digital marketing: initial tasks > achieved figures > means toachieving results (at the expense of which you succeeded). Full, detailed understanding of accounts: GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, SEO tools, Google My Business, WordPress. Knowledge of the structure, logic of advertising offices, types of advertising campaigns, site administration, mailing services, etc. Only this will allow you to communicate with performers almost on an equal footing; effectively monitor their work; if absolutely necessary, pick up execution.
  • Sure knowledge of Google Sheets: formulas, charts - the basis of our basic marketing reporting. Google Presentations - for a concise, visualized presentation of key data, ideas. Analytical, digitized by metrics, mindset. Experience in at least B2B lead generation, ideally in SaaS. Experience in AI. Experience in working with Western markets - will be an advantage. Knowledge of English - from Intermediate - welcome, in order to understand English-speaking services, correspond with English-speaking technical staff support if necessary.
  • Fresh Google certificates (Analytics, Advertising), Digital courses will be an advantage. General and stylistic literacy in Ukrainian, Russian languages — to notice gross errors in the content, deviations from the marketing strategy set by the Tone of Voice. Ability to work with automated tasks (for example, Trello, Worksection). The main project tasks (regular, situational) will be formulated through the task management system. CRM skills, understanding of CRM logic, sales funnels. It will be necessary to effectively interact with the sales department. Attention, 100% diligence. The ability to work in a team. Full immersion in the company's theme. Portfolio: cases, recommendations from recent places of work.
