Full/part-time recruiter in the agency in Persona Grata, Agentstvo

The domestic staffing agency invites a specialist to the team to find and select candidates, as well as accompany them on orders.

Part-time (duties of unit 1) or full-time (duties of units 1 and 2) is possible.

Duties:
Unit 1:
? Selection of candidates from the agency database for current vacancies.
? "Direct" and "cold" search for candidates on bulletin boards, job sites, social networks (especially Facebook), etc.
? Preparation and design of vacancies for posting on social networks and agency resources (texts of vacancies and their design in Canva).
? Processing of candidate reviews, communication with them in correspondence, organization of questionnaire filling.
? Maintaining the agency's candidate database.
? Keeping statistics and reporting.

Block 2:
? Presentation of agency services to candidates and offer of current vacancies.
? Verification of recommendations and authenticity of documents of candidates.
? Conducting online interviews and compiling resumes for candidates.
? Accompanying the candidate on the order.

Requirements:
? Work experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 year.
? Communication skills, competent oral and written language.
? High level of command of the Ukrainian language.
? Systematic, attention to details, responsibility.
? Skills of working with tables, databases and document flow.
? Mandatory skill of searching for candidates on Facebook, on job sites, in specialized groups of messengers and other social networks.
? Canva skills.
