HR manager (with recruiting function) in Yakaboo

We are Yakaboo.ua, the largest book platform in Ukraine, which unites book lovers from different parts of the world. We have our own publishing house, online and offline stores, as well as many opportunities to promote books. Our mission is to make Ukraine the most reading nation in the world.

Today we are looking for an HR Generalist or HRM with a recruiting function, who will help strengthen the corporate culture and attract the best talents to the company.

Some of the daily HR tasks:

1. Development of corporate culture:
2. Development of business processes and their implementation together with management.

2. Selection and adaptation of personnel:

• Conducting a full cycle of recruitment: creating vacancies, searching for talent, accompanying new employees with heads of departments.
• Implementation of automated recruiting solutions (ATS-systems, chat-bots).

3. Employee development:

• Assessment of training needs, organization of events, use of micro-learning.
• Implementation of individual career tracks and regular feedback system.

4. Analytics and automation of HR processes:

• Using HR analytics for decision-making: analysis of employee satisfaction, staff turnover, team effectiveness.
• Setting up HRM systems to improve accounting and interaction with employees.

Your strengths, without which we simply cannot:

• Experience in the position of HRM, Recruiter or similar role (2+ years).
• Understanding of key HR trends and willingness to recruit independently (3-5 vacancies).
• Experience in implementing HRM systems.
• Creativity, empathy, people orientation.
