FTTB Technical Support Specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Purpose of the position:

Increasing the subscriber base in its area of responsibility by controlling the processes of connecting and servicing subscribers, upgrading and maintaining the FTT access network.

Requirements:

• Education: higher, preferably technical
• Work experience: from 2 years, preferably in the field of construction, maintenance of telecommunication networks
• PC: confident user of MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Controls the timing of network restoration and confirms the authenticity of the volumes of materials used during disaster recovery works
• Searches for and submits for approval prospective addresses for the construction of new FTTB network facilities
• Controls the progress of construction and installation works and provides support to the GPO in the construction process
• Checks the volume and quality of the work performed and prepares an audit report
• Checks the executive documentation of the built facilities
• Submits construction proposals of passive indoor infrastructure (LCD, VBSS), agrees, monitors the progress of BMR implementation and puts it into operation
• Controls the progress of planning and preventive works (PPR) on the access network according to the approved plan-schedule
• Controls the capacity of subscriber ports and, if necessary, creates Change in the TTWOs system to install additional switches
